Got tired of watching it a couple of years ago but I had to watch it to the bitter end because every time I saw my daughter in law, the first thing she'd asked was what did I think about the latest epi of Poldark. I actually thought it was boring and tedious after three years and that the acting was subpar for a long time, but I dared not say any of that to keep peace with my d I l.. Not sure what happened in the last 3 epi's but I'm sure it was gripping.

Ended up boring. Writers did not do a very good job. And I got tired of actors whining and being mealy mouthed (especially the women) all the time.

Needs to stick to the Victorian age or get better contemporary writers. This one struck out all the way around. I'm glad it was so short, so I didn't waste too much time on it. Come on Masterpiece, you can do better than this.
