All the time, resources, and access this dude got could've been spent on making an actually useful documentary about Bitcoin. There's a lot of topic to uncover with it's potential to change the world for the better. But like most of the lazy journalists of modern times, this guy decided to make a documentary about speculation; and a speculation about something that is arguably useless piece of information. Who Satoshi Nakamoto is is irrelevant, but the technological advancement introduced by Bitcoin and the potential of it to impact efficiency in multiple levels of financial and economic instruments is definitely important. Make a documentary about that maybe rather than going on a pointless goose chase.

I won't give this a 10 just on a pure comedy standpoint, but nothing can be judged just from one aspect. The context on which this stand-up came, the guts it took for him to say these things, the artful writing he needed to make it work, and the very status that Dave Chappelle holds all came together beautifully in this work and makes this a masterpiece. This stand-up is more than a stand-up this is where we as a society stand up (ha, can't help it) to what we believe in is right and make sure we don't overreact and overcorrect to novelty that any civilization is bound to face in any generation.

What I like about this kind of series is that the story is good by itself but its by no means outstanding. The most important aspect is the storytelling, the presentation, the psychological tour of the characters, the portrayal of different cultures, and family, and relationships, and professions. That's the most impressive thing about this series.

One of the most fascinating things about shows like this is the characters itself are so rich. I've seen very few TV shows that covers extremely sophisticated characters like Matthew on True Detective, and this girl on 'The Night of', and Naz himself. For me, just focusing on the story line for the sole purpose of entertainment is like just focusing on guitar sounds in a piece of music.

This is the reason why I love the first season of True Detective, and this is the same reason why I love this series just after one episode.
